Truagh Clonlara 2-11 Sixmilebridge 3-6

The game was played in ideal conditions on Saturday evening. Truagh were first to register a score when they pointed after several minutes in. Sixmilebridge answered when Mary O'Connor got the ball past the Truagh defence to get it into net. Truagh returned with a further two points before Muireann Scanlon found target in the Truagh net. Truagh came back with another two points, one coming from a free to conclude the half. In the second half Finia O'Brien made her mark when she put the ball over. Truagh dominated after this scoring 2-1 until O'Brien pointed once more. Rosie Young was next to pop one over. Truagh came back with three more points. Niamh Lyons found target in the Truagh net at a vital time. Sarah Loughnane pointed on the double. In the end it was not enough, with Truagh wining out in a two point advantage.

Scariff Ogonnelloe 2-7 Kilkishen/Bodyke 7-10

In the final round of the Minor A championship, Scariff Ogonnelloe were beaten by a strong and very well balanced Kilkishen/Bodyke team. With the wind at their backs, Kilkishen/Bodyke laid the foundations for this win in the first half scoring 3-6 to 0-2. 
Scariff Ogonnelloe played better in the second half, with good displays from Aoife Maloney and Anna McNamara in the backs, and they scored 2-5, the goals coming from Alison McGee and Aoife Lynch.

Inagh Kilnamona 1-12 Truagh Clonlara 0-6

Inagh-Kilnamona had the better start with three unanswered points, two from play and one from a free. Laura Foley got Truagh off the mark after 12 minutes with a point from play. A goal for Inagh-Kilnamona mid way through the half was a vital cushion for the hosts throughout, as Truagh had most of the possession but without the reward. However two points from Roisin Begley and Hannah Horgan, added to a Foley free, kept Truagh within 1-1 of Inagh-Kilnamona at the break. 

An early opening score in the second half for Truagh proved to be their last until deep into injury time. Inagh-Kilnamona were stronger in the second half and capitalised on some scorable frees, as well as some good shooting to ease into a comfortable lead. With a number of second half stoppages when Foley added Truagh's second point of the half after 62 minutes there was still time for a comeback as nearly ten minutes of additional time was played. Inagh-Kilnamona however won two frees that were converted to stop any chance of a late Truagh rally.
